"I have been on first aid courses before, where the instructor has no background knowledge at all and turns up with the odd manikin and a few bandages and can barely answer a question. But this is different. I went on this course because the dates suited me, and was very impressed. Huge range of training aids and all good quality. Manuals are good, loads of manikins, obese manikins, airways, choking aids, allergy pens, burns kits, responder kits, and Bob the Skeleton helps out too ! I recommend it to all. I have previously been on a "cheap" three day course and got 3 days of nothing, where I felt that I had gained very little skill, so I decided to complete my refresher training with a different company and chose Just Training in Leicester. The course content and timings for each section were well balanced and gave a very clear understanding of the barriers faced by people with disabilities in life. Great delivery, easy to understand, and was very interesting. It was delivered in a non threatening way. Everyone passed their exams too.
