Course Overview

This ILM Award is a concise qualification designed to give aspiring or practising team leaders a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authoritity and accountability.

Course Duration

4 days - 2 days per week over 2 weeks. A total of 22 hours minimum must be covered.

Course Topics
  • Developing yourself as a team leader - mandatory unit
    plus, choose 3 topics from the range below
  • Buidling and Developing your team
  • Leading and Motivating your team
  • Using information to solve problems and make decisions
  • Communicating within the team
  • Managing yourself and your time
Costs

£400 per person - minimum booking 6 delegates
£350 per person - groups of 7 - 12 delegates
Prices include registration and certification.

Course handbook included for each delegate which provides an invaluable source of reference material to refer to at a later stage
