First Time Leadership
Course Overview

Aimed specifically at supporting and developing those who are entering leadership or supervisory roles for the first time, or those who are new into the role and want to further develop and enhance their existing skills. This course requires delegates to face some challenges as an individual and as part of a team. The course is split over a 2-3 week delivery period to allow delegates time to complete a work based project before attending the last day.
