ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading

Course Overview

The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading Award is designed to provide learners with a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of accountability and authority.  This award is an ideal starting point for anyone who is new into the role of team leader, or for those who are already in these roles but have received no formal training or achieved any formal qualifications.

This is a four day course with a the flexibility of having one mandatory unit, and the choice of 4 further units to support organisational objectives. This award gives you more units accredited than a "standard ILM L2 Team Leader Award" as we feel this provides a greater coverage of essential skills. This will help any learner who is considering moving onto the L2 Certificate as more credits will have already been gained.
