ILM Effective Team Member Skills
Course Overview

The ILM Effective Team Member Skills Development programme is available at both Award and Certificate level. This progamme has been designed for existing team members, or for those aspiring to become team leaders in the future, to help develop their personal skills and understand Team Dynamics making them more effective in the workplace.

The Award is a 2 day course, that gives existing team members a basic knowledge and understanding of their role and responsibilities and the limits of their authority within the team. It is a great starting point for developing teams who do not always function well together and do not understand their role within the bigger picture.

The Certificate is an 8 day programme, that is usually run over a several weeks, and is useful for developing much wider team member skills, and to help support aspiring team leaders into understanding team dynamics ready for when they become Team Leaders.

Minimum of 6 delegates required
Maximum of 12 delegates per programme.

Reflective Reviews are required as part of the assessment process to achieve this award. Tutorial Support is provided for each learner.
