Course Content

The amended First Aid at Work legislation came into force on the 1st October 2009 and the HSE now strongly advise all employers to ensure that their first aiders complete an annual 3 hour refresher training course with an instructor.

Our Annual Refresher Training provides you with an easy way of ensuring that your first aiders keep up to date with their skills and are ready for action should the need occur.

This is a three hour overview of baisc first aid requirements with practical exercises.

The course will cover

• CPR and Rescue Breathing
• Dealing with an unconscious casualty
• Serious Bleeding
• Dealing with a conscious injured person

A certificate of attendance will be issued to ensure you keep your records up to date

Cost : £30 plus VAT per person

Open courses will be scheduled throughout the year, and on site courses can be carried out to train groups of first aiders together.
