The level 2 award is one easy way to motivate your existing team leaders by providing a structured programme of development. The topics are delivered using lots of practical based activities that  nurture the delegate Each day consists of a number of practical based activities revolving around the chosen topics, that nurture the delegates into participation.

Some of the accessories we use within our workshops to encourage participation and keep the activities work relevant are

  • A graffiti wall to record tips, ideas and suggestions throughout the programme
  • A dedicated course notebook with doodle space
  • Action plan sheets for actions to be taken back into the workplace
  • Full course delegate pack for learners to work through and keep afterwards.

The level 2 is an introductory course and can be continued afterwards with a Level 3 Award, or a Level 3 Certificate. This provides a consistent and familiar progression route for the delegate to follow, becoming familiar with the layout of ILM Programmes, and thereby feeling more confident in their development.

ILM Certification is identified throughout Europe and supports any organisations approach to IiP and other quality kite marks where training has a key essential role. Delegates holding ILM certification may become a member of the ILM. Full details can be found on the ILM Website. www.i-l-m.com
