SBJ Limited - Stockport
"As Managing Director of a small Insurance Brokers and having been with the company for 6 years we have ironed out and significantly improved most of the strategic issues in terms of Business Development, Client Retention etc. I did however feel that we had reached an "impasse" in terms of delivery of the administration service from the internal office. Just Training (East Midlands) Ltd was recommended to me. Andrea Speak spent one full day on site and at the end of that day had grasped the intricacies of the situation but also honed down to the nub of the problem. She also played an important role in identifying some key issues in managing the changes.
Several improvements were made immediately following Andrea's recommendations and following a revisit by Andrea we were able to identify further issues which, although tricky to sort out, will be effective in resolving the problems."

" We are a small training provider delivering level 3 VRQs in Domestic Energy Assessment across the UK. Due to the volume students we had to deal with and the time scales involved in our delivery, we felt that the assessment of our VRQs had some weak areas that we simply did not have time to deal with, and were not always sure the best way of dealing with them. We contacted Andrea at Just Training (East Midlands) Limited, who came out to talk to us and spent a lot of time going through our systems and processes. Andrea then provided a complete package of assignemnts and documentation to strengthen our systems. We are continuing to use her high level of knowledge and expertise as we progress on to other awards to ensure we meet the high standards we set out to achieve."

"I have recently completed an ILM Award, delivered by Andrea, and although there were a lot of skills and information to take on board it was delivered in a relaxed and friendly way. We had a lot of attention and advice throughout the course and I really enjoyed it."

"We had 6 people undergo a Presentation Skills course, who previously had no confidence in presenting information to our customers. The course was well structured and met all of our agreed learning requirements. Andrea ensured that all delegates were fully supported throughout the course which resulted in all staff being far more confident at holding customer presentations"

Chapman and Marriott Ltd, Pinxton, Derbyshire. - Emergency First Aid for Chainsaw Users
Although several people had recently undertaken a half-day Emergency First Aid course with another provider, they did not feel confident in their ability to cope with injuries that they were likely to come across in their line of work as tree surgeons, therefore the directors had taken the decision to place everyone on our course. The feedback was excellent with everyone agreeing that because our course is so full of practical activities and real hands on training, they had all learnt far more and now felt very confident at dealing with an incident on site.

4 People attended a one day first course for chainsaw users. The course appealed to us as it was directed at our specific industry area. Careful attention was paid to dealing with amputations, deep lacerations, heat related injuries and illnesses and general first aid care. The course was delivered in excellent facilities with good parking facilities. The lads thoroughly enjoyed the course.
