General Terms
- Prices quoted for Training and Development courses are for delivery on clients site. Additional costs can be provided for courses to be delivered off site at our own facilities.
- All prices quoted for First Aid courses are for delivery at our own training facilities in Leicester. For on-site delivery, please enquiry for further details.
- For course delivery on client premises located greater than 60 miles from our base, additional mileage charges at 45p /mile plus £17/hour travel time will be added.
- All prices are correct at the time of printing, and may be subject to change without prior notification
- Suitability of client on-site training facilities must be agreed prior to course booking
- Payment for all courses is required at least 7 days prior to course start date.
- All training facilities are to be Non-Smoking and provide access for delegates with restricted mobility if required.
Cancellation Fees
- Any cancellation must be notified before commencement of the course. Cancellations notified less than 14 calendar days prior to commencement of the course will result in the full free being charged.
- Delegates failing to attend any course will be charged in full.
- Cancellations between 15 and 21 calendar days prior to commencement of the course will have a refund of 75% of the original cost of the fee.
- Cancellations greater than 21 calendar days will have full fees refunded
First Aid Courses
- All delegates attending a 2 day First Aid at Work Refresher course must be in possession of a valid First Aid at Work certificate at the commencement of the course and submitted to the course tutor on the FIRST DAY OF THE COURSE
- To comply with HSE requirements, it is a mandatory requirement for all FAW delegates to attend all sessions in order to gain accreditation or re-accreditation.
- FAW Delegates arriving more than 15 mins after the official course start time will not be allowed to participate in the course, and course fees will be forfeited.
- It is advisable for delegates to wear trousers and comfortable clothing as the course will involve a high level of practical and floor-based activities.
- The duties of a First Aider can be physically and mentally demanding. It is the responsibility of the employer and the individual to ensure that you are not suffering from any medical condition or disability that would impair you in performing first aid skills in a competent and correct manner.
