L4 Award in Internally Assuring the Quality of Assessment
Who the course is for*
Anyone who is responsible for the Internal Quality Assurance of accredited qualifications, and wishes to act as the IQA carrying out desk based evidence reviews and assessor observations.
What the course covers
- Unit 1 - Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internal Quality Assurance
- Unit 2 - Internally assure the quality of assessment
Course Duration:
Learners have a maximum completion time of 18 months to achieve from the date of registration.
Course Cost:
£520 per person. Additional fees may be applicable for on site assessments over 30 miles from our base.
We can provide on site classroom based training where there are groups of individuals who require this award.

Please note that each delegate will require a minimum of 2 assessors who are allocated to them. Each assessor must have a minimum of 2 learners who are working towards qualifications with national standards that they are currently assessing. The IQA delegate will also be required to provide evidence of organising and attending standardisation meetings with their assessment team.

Our assessment of the IQA Activities for the IQA Learner must be carried out at learners own site.
