Classroom Based or Distance Learning
Classroom-based learning allows for discussions, practical skill application, interaction with other learners, and learning from each other. Delegates group activities and feedback helps them to develop a deeper understanding of the topics.
The social component to the classroom environment also adds to the learners overall experience, with trainers on hand to answer questions, provide further explanations, and support those with additional needs.
Employers are beginning to see that classroom based learning, perhaps off-site from the workplace to prevent distractions, provides greater success at achieving learning objectives
But we understand that not everyone has the ability to attend classroom based training, whether it be work committments, or travel restrictions. So we have a number of courses that can be completed via distance learning, fully supported with learning packs and text books.
Coming soom will be our new e-learning portal where learners will be able to complete short courses on a number of learning topics
