L3 Award in Assessing Occupational Competence
Who the course is for*
This award is fully accredited and nationally recognised for those learners who are responsible for assessing occupational competence of their learners, in their own work places.
What the course covers
- Unit 1 - Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment - Achieved by self-study and completion of an assignment. Supported with guidance manuals and support material.
- Unit 3 - Assess occupational competence in the workplace - Assessment observations on site.
Course Duration:
Learners have a maximum completion time of 18 months to achieve from the date of registration.
Course Cost:
£520 + vat per person. Includes one visit to learners assessment site to complete the assessment observations. Within a 30 mile radius of Leicester. Greater distances will incur additional costs.

Please note that each delegate will require a minimum of 2 students who are allocated to them for assessing. the students must be working towards qualification with National standards that require assessment in their own workplace.
