Who the course is for

This qualification is the full TAQA Certificate for those learners who require an accredited and nationally recognised qualification to enable assessment of learners in both a learning environment and a real workplace environment.

What the course covers

• Unit 1 - Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment - self study with support pack
  
• Unit 2 - Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding - on site assessments plus learner portfolio of evidence
  
• Unit 3 - Assess occupational competence in the workplace - on site assessments plus learner portfolio of evidence.
  

Course Duration:
Learners have a maximum completion time of 18 months to achieve from the date of registration.

Course Cost:
£710 + vat per person.

What is Included:
Registration and Certification
Self Study pack, guidance and assignment to complete unit 1
One Assessor Observation visit for observing learners in the workplace within 60 mile radius of our base
One Assessor Observation for observing learners in a learning environment within 60 mile radius of our base
Internal quality assurance and certification.
Additional assessment visits will incur a charge of £225 + vat per day

Please note that each delegate will require a minimum of 2 students who are allocated to them for assessing. The students must be working towards qualification with National standards that require assessment in both the learning environment and the learners own workplace. Alternatively you can have 2 students who require assessing in a learning environment and 2 students who require assessing in their own workplace.

Venue:
Observations will take place on learners own premises. Additional charges will be made for visits outside of 60 mile radius of our base.
