Mental Health First Aid - Introduction
Who the course is for
Mental health is widespread and often misunderstood. Everyone would benefit from knowing some basic understanding so that they can recognise the signs of poor mental health in themselves and in others.
What the course covers
- Understanding mental health and its importance
- Know a range of common mental health conditions including signs of stress, managing stress, signs of depression, suicide.
- Understanding the need for self-care and mindfulness
- Devising self care plans
- Understanding mindfulness
A short multiple choice test is required

Open Course - £65 + vat per person
Group Course - £499 + vat group of up to 10 Delegates : £899 + vat for a group of up to 25 Delegates

Venue
Open courses are held at our training facility in South Wigston
Group courses can be held at our premises or on your own premises. Additional charges will occur for distances greater than 30 miles of our base.
