This brilliant, highly interactive and engaging 2 day course, is specifically aimed at supervisors and team leaders who perhaps have had no formal leadership training and would benefit from learning and developing the knowledge and skills to make them great leaders. This course is also suitable for developing those Aspiring to be Supervisors or Team Leaders in the near future, to prepare them for the role.
