Training Room and Meeting Room Hire

We have two rooms that are available to hire for either half day or full day hires, together with a Delegate Lounge where freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, and buffets can be laid out.
Rooms are available on weekdays from 8.30am to 17:00pm.

NOTE - we are situated on the First Floor and there is no lift in our building.

Training Room 1 is the largest of our rooms, and will seat 20 delegates in a U shape formation for meetings or training sessions. The room is light and airy with air conditioning, heating, laptop and two wall mounted TVs
This room can be laid out in a variety of seating styles to suit your needs.

Training Room 2 seats 8 delegates around a boardroom style layout, has air conditioning and a free standing TV at the front of the room.

The Delegate Lounge is included in the cost of the above room hire and has the teas and coffees laid out as a "help yourself" style. The room contains filter coffee machine, tea urn for hot water. There are two sofas and a table and 4 chairs. This room seats 10-12 people for coffee breaks/break outs. This room can also be hired separately as a "soft" meeting room.

Half day ( 4 hours) hire with delegate lounge - £75.00
Full day hire 8.30am-5.00pm with delegate lounge - £140.00

Training Room 2
Half day (4 hours) hire with delegate lounge - £45.00
Full day hire 8.30am to 5.00pm with delegate lounge - £110.00

Delegate Lounge
Half Day Hire - £45.00
Full day Hire 8.30 - 5.00pm - £110.00

REFRESHMENTS

If you wish to have Teas and Coffees provided throughout the duration of the hire, the costs are :

Teas and Coffees + Biscuits : £2.85 per person (half day) : £3.55 per person (full day)
Teas, Coffees, Biscuits and Juices £3.40 per person (half day) : £4.20 per person (full day)
Buffets and other provisions by arrangement.
