Who the course is for
This qualification is for anyone who have a specific interest or responsibility at work, or who support voluntary or community based activities and may need to provide adult, child or infant basic life support interventions and manage a casualty suffering from anaphylaxis.
What the course covers
- Dealing with an unconscious casualty, not breathing normally.
- Dealing with an unconscious casualty who is breathing normally
- Recognise suspected Anaphylaxis
- Administer first aid for a casualty with suspected anaphylaxis
- Administer Adenaline Auto Injector to a casualty suspected of anaphylaxis
