First Aid Instructor Course
Who the course is for
This course is specifically designed to support anyone wanting to become a First Aid Instructor to deliver accredited workplace first aid courses. The HSE lay down specific regulations about the qualifications you must hold to do so. Whichever Awarding Organisation you choose to work through, they will also require proof that you have the expertise and knowledge to teach first aid correctly.
This is why we have put together a Package of training that will provide you with "Properly Recognised" qualifications, and an additional days training to develop your first aid knowledge.
As a minimum you will be required to hold a Nationally recognised teaching qualification at level 3 or above, and a First Aid at Work certificate, which will need to be renewed every three years. These two qualifications are the ONLY ones you need to become qualified.
What the course covers

- Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work through - 3 day classroom based course. You will receive a certificate from an Ofqual Regulated Awarding Organisation which is what you will need.
