Who the course is for
Employee Mentors who would like to raise their awareness of Mental Health in the Workplace so that they are able to listen to the needs of their colleagues and signpost them to the most suitable professional experts to enable ongoing support and guidance.
What the course covers
- Understanding Mental health and its importance
- Identifying roles and responsibilities within the workplace
- Legislation in relation to Mental Health at Work
- Promoting positive mental health in the workplace
- Understanding common mental health conditions including stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, phobias, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, Psychosis and Suicide
A short multiple choice test is required

Open courses are held at our training facility in South Wigston
Group courses can be held at our premises or on your own premises. Additional charges will occur for distances greater than 30 miles of our base.
