Who the course is for

Anyone who holds a Goods Operator Licence at Standard or International level, must have by law, a qualified and professionally competent Transport Manager. This Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in *Road Haulage is the accepted qualification accepted by the Traffic Commissioners.
The qualification will last you for life, with refresher courses required at each five year period, to ensure you keep up to date with recent changes to legislation and keep your skill base active.

This qualification also allows you to work as an external transport manager for fleet operators.
